Damaged Product During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or courier handling, you may request a replacement.
To Qualify
1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- First time Unboxing video
3. The product must remain substantially unused.
Upon verification, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund (excluding delivery charges)
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind
Personal fragrance preference
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Minor packaging variations
Delays caused by courier services
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.
